Warmest greetings from Chianti Kitchen!

It has been a while since our last newsletter: we have traveled on 3 continents to share our passion for Italian cuisine and have returned to our cooking school in Tuscany only in June.

Our summer cooking courses have begun in full swing, and we have the pleasure of welcoming in our Tuscan villa many guests and friends who want to learn real Italian recipes.

We would like to share with you our most exciting news. Chef Seamus has finally begun to fulfill one of his longtime dreams: to write a cookbook.

The Chianti Kitchen Cookbook contains not only the recipes that have been most appreciated by Chef Seamus and the students of our culinary courses, but also a tangible passion for Italian cuisine and its Afrodisiac powers. This cookbook is a product of love, and the culmination of Chef Seamus’ professional experiences.

On our website we have created a special section for the Chianti Kitchen Cookbook where we post updates as the cookbook is developing and reaching its completion. This way we can share with you the evolution of this work, and give you an exclusive preview of its contents.

The book will be published in Fall 2009, just in time for the Winter holidays.
